LIZA MOZ’ POTTERY STUDIO
Hi, My name is Kim Toler Hooks. As of October 1, 2021, I became the new owner of Liza Moz Pottery. I am very excited about this new chapter of my life and would like to tell you a bit about myself and the studio. I am originally from Clinton, TN. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with my Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Education). I originally found Liza Moz Pottery when I started homeschooling my two kids in 2007. The former owner, Joe Hornsby, offered homeschool classes every month and from there the studio became a huge part of my life. When Joe was ready to retire, I decided this was a good time to start something new.
My goal is for that every person that comes in to paint has the experience they hoped for. I want painters to come in and enjoy time with their family, friends, significant other, and co-workers. Painting Pottery is a nice way to put aside all our technology and just hang out and make memories with the people most important to us. I hope to see you soon in the studio. – Kim
